This program contains two parts. A 30-minute Beginners program and a 60-minute Advanced program. This will give you a total body aerobic, strength, and flexibility workout. For a great way to maintain cardiovascular health, start with the Beginners program and work your way up to the Advanced routine.
In the years since starting my Workout programs, we have learned definitively that exercise is a key component of healthy aging. It has absolutely made the difference in my own life, and the lives of thousands of others who continue to do this workout today.
