If stocks, ETFs, or bonds that you hold with another broker are available on Lightyear, you can transfer them by following the steps here. This page shows the Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) to give to your other broker. To learn how to start a transfer request on our side, which should be the first step to know if a transfer is possible, take a look at this article: How to transfer my portfolio?.
We have full guides to set up a transfer from Shareworks, Swedbank, Scalable Capital, Freetrade, LHV, or Interactive Brokers. If your broker is not on that list, see details below.
- First, make sure you have initiated the transfer request in our app to ensure we can accept your holdings.
- Once that's done, go ahead and use the following details to submit the transfer request with your other broker. The information to enter depends on what instrument and market you are transferring over from. The exact steps on your broker platform may vary and it's always best to consult directly with your sending broker as they are the experts of the request you're submitting on their platform. However, if any information is missing on this page to set up your transfer, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
