The Fund's objective is to replicate, before fees and expenses, the MVIS® Global Digital Assets Equity Index (the “Index”). In order to seek to achieve its investment objective, the Manufacturer will use a replication strategy by investing directly in the underlying equity securities of the Index being the stocks, American depository receipts (ADRs), and global depository receipts (GDRs). Such equity securities must be issued by companies who generate at least 50% of their revenues from the global digital assets segment, semiconductor and online money transfer companies.
