The Fund is a passively managed Exchange-Traded Fund that aims to provide exposure to the performance of large- and mid-capitalisation stocks from global Developed and Emerging Markets that pass screens for adherence to Shari’ah investment principles. The Fund seeks to replicate the net total return performance of the MSCI ACWI Islamic M-Series Index, less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of large- and mid-cap stocks from Developed and Emerging Market countries that comply with Shari’ah investment guidelines. It is constructed from the MSCI ACWI Index by removing stocks involved in prohibited business activities and applying financial ratio screens to the remaining eligible stocks. The Index uses a free-float-adjusted market capitalisation weighting scheme and is rebalanced quarterly. The Fund’s base currency is USD, and this Share Class is accumulating, meaning income is reinvested rather than distributed.
