The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, which reflects the return of the S&P Commodity Producers Agribusiness Index, the Fund’s benchmark index. The Fund is passively managed and invests in stocks that, as far as possible and practicable, make up the Index. The Index measures the performance of publicly traded companies involved in agriculture businesses from both Developed and Emerging Markets that meet the index provider’s eligibility criteria and are not excluded under its environmental, social and governance (ESG) exclusionary criteria. Companies are selected based on their exposure to agribusiness, determined by their business descriptions and agribusiness-related revenue, with constituent weights capped according to agribusiness exposure and liquidity scores. The Fund intends to replicate the Index by holding its constituent stocks in similar proportions to the Index.
