The Fund seeks to track the performance of the S&P High Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index (the Index) as closely as possible. The Fund invests primarily in securities included in the Index. These securities include high-yielding stocks from the U.S. Securities must satisfy diversification, stability and trading requirements and are then weighted according to the size of their dividend.
