About BLKC ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, which reflects the return of the NYSE FactSet Global Blockchain Technologies Capped Index, less the fees and expenses of the Fund. The Fund is passively managed and aims to invest, so far as possible and practicable, in the equity securities that make up the Index. The Index measures the performance of globally listed companies involved in the research, enablement, development and deployment of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies and applications, subject to the index provider’s size, liquidity and free-float criteria. Securities are classified as Tier 1 where their primary business involves the research, development and deployment of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency mining or transactions, or broader blockchain use cases beyond cryptocurrencies. Securities of companies that design and manufacture graphics processing unit (GPU) chips used for blockchain validation, or whose ancillary businesses involve blockchain technologies and applications, are classified as Tier 2. The Index aims to include at least 75% Tier 1 securities, subject to caps on individual security weights and additional liquidity-related limits. The Fund intends to replicate the Index by holding its constituent stocks in similar proportions, although it may use financial derivative instruments to help achieve its investment objective. Income is accumulated in the value of the shares.
