About CTCE ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, which reflects the return of the MSCI China Technology Sub-Industries ESG Screened Select Capped Index, the Fund’s benchmark index. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of free-float-adjusted large- and mid-cap stocks from the Chinese equity market that belong to selected technology-related sub-industries, including broadline retail, computer and electronics retail, interactive media and services, education services, and interactive home entertainment. The Index applies ESG exclusions and excludes companies involved in activities such as tobacco, controversial weapons, civilian firearms, conventional and nuclear weapons, and certain thermal coal and oil sands activities, as well as companies failing specified ESG controversy or United Nations Global Compact criteria. The Index caps the weight of its five largest issuers at 8% each and the weight of all other issuers at 5% each at each rebalancing. The Fund is passively managed and seeks to replicate the Index by investing, where possible and practicable, in the stocks that make up the Index in similar proportions. It may use financial derivative instruments and depositary receipts to gain exposure to certain securities, and may engage in securities lending. The Share Class is accumulating, meaning that income is included in its value, and is denominated in USD.
