About DFEU ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a total return, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, which reflects the return of the STOXX Europe Targeted Defence Index, the Fund’s benchmark index. The Index is a free-float-adjusted, market-capitalisation-weighted index comprising European stocks included in the STOXX Europe AC Universal All Cap Index that derive revenue from military equipment and services. Eligible stocks must meet minimum requirements for trading volume, free-float market capitalisation and revenue exposure to military equipment and services. The Index assigns stocks to high, medium or low revenue tiers based on the proportion of revenue derived from these activities, while seeking greater exposure to stocks in the high and medium revenue tiers. The Index excludes stocks classified as non-compliant with the United Nations Global Compact Principles and issuers involved in controversial weapons. The Fund is passively managed and seeks to replicate the Index by investing, where possible and practicable, in the stocks that make up the Index in similar proportions. The Fund’s shares are accumulating, meaning that income is included in their value.
