About DGRP ETF

The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree U.S. Quality Dividend Growth UCITS Index. The Index is rules-based and fundamentally weighted, comprising US dividend-paying stocks with quality and growth characteristics, selected using a composite risk score based equally on quality and momentum factors. Eligible stocks must meet minimum market capitalisation and liquidity requirements, pay regular cash dividends on common shares during the preceding 12 months, and be listed on a US stock exchange and incorporated and headquartered in the US. The Index excludes stocks based on WisdomTree’s environmental, social and governance criteria. Quality is assessed using a composite of return on equity and return on assets, while growth is assessed using analyst earnings-growth forecasts, historical five-year earnings growth and historical five-year sales growth. The top 250 eligible stocks that do not fall within the bottom 10% of the composite risk score are selected. Stocks are weighted according to their proportionate share of the aggregate dividends paid by Index constituents, meaning higher-dividend-paying stocks receive higher weights. The Index is reconstituted annually, and the Fund uses a passive investment approach to invest in a portfolio of stocks that, as far as possible and practicable, consists of a representative sample of the Index’s constituent stocks.
