About EMVL ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, which reflects the return of the MSCI EM Select Value Factor Focus Index, the Fund’s benchmark index. The Fund is passively managed and invests, as far as possible and practicable, in stocks that make up the Index. The Index aims to reflect the performance of a subset of stocks within the MSCI Emerging Markets Index selected for their higher value factor scores relative to the Parent Index. Stock selection is based on three equally weighted indicators of value: price to estimated future earnings, price to book value, and enterprise value relative to operating cash flow. The Index includes constraints on exposure to specific economic sectors and comprises a smaller number of stocks with different weightings compared with the Parent Index. The Fund intends to replicate the Index by holding its constituent stocks in similar proportions. Income is accumulated in the value of the shares.
