About EUDF ETF

The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Europe Defence UCITS Index. The Index is designed to track the performance of European companies involved in the defence sector whose primary business activities are conducted in a country that is a signatory to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). The Index excludes companies involved in certain controversial weapons, including cluster munitions, antipersonnel landmines, biological and chemical weapons, depleted uranium weapons and white phosphorus weapons, as well as companies supporting nuclear weapons programmes for states outside the NPT. It also excludes companies that violate certain commonly accepted international norms and standards, such as the United Nations and OECD guidelines. The Index includes a minimum of 20 stocks meeting its revenue exposure, market capitalisation and liquidity requirements. Stocks are assigned exposure scores based on their defence-sector revenue exposure and are weighted by market capitalisation, adjusted for exposure score, subject to individual security caps and liquidity criteria. The Index is rebalanced quarterly. The Fund uses a passive investment approach and seeks to replicate the Index by investing, as far as possible and practicable, in the constituent stocks in similar proportions. This is an accumulating share class, meaning that income and other profits are accumulated and reinvested.
