About HDGB ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MVIS Global Hydrogen Economy ESG Index. The Fund normally uses a replication strategy by investing directly in the underlying stocks, American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs) included in the Index. These securities are issued by companies that generate at least 50% of their revenues from the global hydrogen segment, fuel cell companies or industrial gases companies listed or traded on eligible markets. For the avoidance of doubt, the Index may remove a security when the percentage of revenue generated from these activities falls below 25% of the relevant company’s revenues. The Fund may use an optimised sampling methodology where full replication is not practical or cost efficient. The Index considers environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors and is designated as a reference benchmark under Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). The Fund may also invest in financial derivative instruments relating to the Index or constituents of the Index. The Fund is actively managed using a passive or indexing investment approach and seeks to approximate the performance of the Index, less fees and expenses.
