About IART ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to generate long-term capital growth by investing globally at least 70% of its total assets in the stocks of companies whose predominant economic activity is the advancement, development and use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The Fund is actively managed and the Investment Manager has discretion to select investments without being constrained by the components or weightings of any benchmark. Companies may be located in Developed Markets and Emerging Markets and may have large, medium or small market capitalisations. The Fund may use financial derivative instruments for investment purposes, risk management, cost reduction and additional income, and may invest indirectly in stocks through American Depositary Receipts and Global Depositary Receipts. The Fund also invests in accordance with its ESG Policy. The MSCI ACWI Index is used for performance comparison, while the Morningstar Global Artificial Intelligence Select Index is used for risk management purposes and to assess the Fund’s active risk. The Fund’s shares are accumulating and denominated in US Dollar.
