The WisdomTree Artificial Intelligence UCITS ETF (the 'Fund') seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the NASDAQ CTA Artificial Intelligence Index (the 'Index'). The Index includes companies that do not meet WisdomTree's ESG criteria and are classified into three groups based on each company's position in the Artificial Intelligence ('AI') value chain. Enhancers are companies with a prominent role in AI, Enablers are those building foundational blocks for AI, and Engagers focus on providing AI-powered products and services. Each group is assigned an intensity score based on factors such as revenue attributable to AI solutions and market prominence.
