About IPRV ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, which reflects the return of the S&P Listed Private Equity Index, the Fund’s benchmark index. The Fund is passively managed and invests, as far as possible and practicable, in the equity securities that make up the Index. The Index measures the performance of large, liquid and listed private equity stocks from Developed Markets that meet the index provider’s size, liquidity, exposure and business activity requirements. Private equity stocks may invest directly into or buy out private companies, and holdings in Master Limited Partnerships in the Index are capped at 20%. The Index is weighted by market capitalisation and is designed to provide tradable exposure to leading publicly listed private equity stocks.
