About JEIP ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide income and long-term capital growth through an actively managed strategy. The Fund invests primarily in a portfolio of equity securities issued by companies domiciled in, or carrying out the main part of their economic activity in, the USA, as well as in equity call options and/or equity index call options. The Fund aims to invest at least 67% of its assets in US equity securities and generates additional income through a financial derivative instrument overlay strategy that systematically sells equity call options and/or equity index call options, typically with exposure to indices comprising the securities in the Fund's portfolio. The option premiums may contribute to income and may reduce volatility, although they may also limit the Fund's potential for capital appreciation. The Fund's benchmark is the S&P 500 (Total Return Net), which consists of large-capitalisation stocks issued by companies in the USA; however, the Fund is actively managed and does not seek to track or replicate the benchmark.
