About JSET ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide current income while seeking to maintain a low volatility of principal. The Fund is actively managed and does not seek to track the performance of its benchmark, the ICE BofA 3-Month German Treasury Bill Index. It invests primarily in investment grade, Euro-denominated, short-term fixed, variable and floating rate debt securities. The Fund generally maintains a duration of one year or less and may invest in debt securities issued by companies in the banking industry, although exposure to this sector will normally not exceed 25% of its Net Asset Value. Non-EUR currency exposure is hedged into EUR. At least 51% of the Fund’s Net Asset Value is invested in issuers with positive environmental and/or social characteristics, and at least 10% is invested in Sustainable Investments as defined under SFDR. The Fund systematically incorporates ESG analysis into its investment decisions on at least 75% of non-investment grade securities and at least 90% of investment grade securities purchased, and applies values- and norms-based screening and other ESG criteria.
