About MOAT ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to track, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Morningstar US Sustainability Moat Focus Index. The Index provides exposure to at least 40 of the top stocks in the Morningstar US Market Index that are rated as wide-moat stocks and have the lowest current market price relative to their fair value, as determined through Morningstar’s independent equity research process. Stocks selected for the Index must also comply with ESG criteria. The Fund normally uses a physical replication strategy by investing directly in the underlying stocks, which are primarily listed on US stock exchanges. The Fund may use an optimized sampling methodology where full replication is not practical or cost efficient, and may also use financial derivative instruments, including futures, swaps and non-deliverable forwards. The Fund is classified as promoting environmental and/or social characteristics under Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), but sustainable investment is not its objective. The Fund follows a passive investment approach and seeks to approximate the Index’s performance, less fees and expenses.
