About NCLR ETF

The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Uranium and Nuclear Energy UCITS Index. The Index is designed to track the performance of global companies involved in the uranium and nuclear energy industry. Companies are classified as Upstream, Midstream or Innovator based on their exposure to uranium and nuclear activities. The Index excludes companies based on WisdomTree's environmental, social and governance criteria. The Index uses a target weight allocation of 60% for Upstream, 25% for Midstream and 15% for Innovators, with individual stocks weighted by market capitalisation adjusted by their uranium and nuclear exposure score, subject to individual security caps and liquidity criteria. The Index is rebalanced on a semi-annual basis. The Fund uses a passive investment approach and seeks to replicate the Index by investing in a portfolio of stocks that, where possible and practicable, consists of the component securities in proportions corresponding to their Index weightings.
