The Fund's investment objective is to replicate, before fees and expenses, the MarketVector™ Global Uranium and Nuclear Energy Infrastructure Index, which consists of securities issued by companies who generate at least 50% of their revenues from uranium (including uranium mining, or mining projects that have the potential to generate at least 50% of their revenues from uranium when developed), or with at least 50% of their revenues from nuclear energy infrastructure.
