About PIKA ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate the price and performance, before fees and expenses, of the MarketVector™ Electrification Index. The Index provides exposure to stocks in the electrification value chain across one or more core segments, including electric utilities and independent power producers involved in midstream, upstream or downstream operations; industrial companies generating at least 50% of their revenue from clean energy generation, transmission or distribution; industrial electrification processes and equipment, power management and cooling technologies, off-grid generators; modernization of electric grid infrastructure, including energy transmission solutions, smart-grid technologies, cable connectivity, substations and transformers; and battery manufacturing for industrial and automotive use cases, energy storage technologies. The Fund normally uses a physical replication strategy by investing directly in the underlying securities of the Index, including stocks, American depositary receipts and global depositary receipts. The Fund may also use financial derivative instruments relating to the Index or its constituents. The Fund follows a passive investment approach and aims to achieve a return that generally replicates the performance of the Index, less fees and expenses.
