About VPN ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to generate returns that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Solactive Data Center REITs & Digital Infrastructure v2 Index. The Fund is passively managed and seeks to replicate the performance of the Index by investing primarily in a portfolio of equity securities that as far as possible and practicable consists of the component securities of the Index, in similar proportions to their weightings in the Index. The Index provides exposure to stocks of companies operating in the fields of data centers, cellular towers and/or digital infrastructure hardware. Companies must derive at least 50% of their revenue, operating income or assets from these fields to be eligible for inclusion. Data center and cellular tower companies can be, but are not required to be, structured as real estate investment trusts (REITs).
