About WIRG ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Nasdaq Global Electrification Technologies and Smart Grid Index. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of stocks from global markets that are exposed to themes related to the electrification of energy systems and smart grid infrastructure. Nasdaq uses a screening and analysis process that may consider patent data, market size, trading volume, market listing and foreign ownership restrictions. Up to 100 securities with the highest Intensity Score and highest average Contribution Score are selected for inclusion. The Index follows a market capitalisation-weighted approach, with individual securities capped at 4.5% at each semi-annual rebalancing. It is calculated on a total return basis, meaning that dividends and other distributions are reinvested after tax. The Fund is passively managed and seeks to replicate the Index by investing in all or a substantial number of its securities, although it may use derivatives and other techniques to manage risk, reduce costs and improve results.
