About Xtrackers DAX ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to reflect the performance of the DAX Index, less fees and expenses. The DAX Index is designed to reflect the performance of the 40 largest stocks listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange that meet the applicable eligibility criteria. Eligible stocks must have a free-float portion of at least 10%, meet order-book turnover requirements on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange over the preceding 12 months, and be continuously traded on the exchange. The index is weighted in favour of larger stocks, with individual constituent weights generally capped at 15%. The DAX Index is reviewed and rebalanced quarterly and is calculated as a gross total return index, meaning that dividends and distributions are reinvested. The Fund is passively managed and seeks to replicate the index by buying all or a substantial number of its securities. The Fund may use derivatives and securities lending to manage risk, reduce costs and improve results. Returns are reinvested in the Fund.
