About XDEQ ETF

The Fund is passively managed and aims to reflect the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI World Sector Neutral Quality (USD) Index. The Index is based on the MSCI World Index and is designed to reflect the performance of certain shares in large and medium-sized listed companies in Developed Markets. To be eligible for inclusion, shares must be constituents of the MSCI World Index and are then selected using a quality strategy. The strategy considers quality characteristics including return on equity, leverage and earnings variability, together with additional risk criteria such as company size. The Index is calculated on a total return basis, with dividends and distributions reinvested after tax, and is reviewed on a semi-annual basis, although it may also be rebalanced at other times to reflect corporate activity. The Fund seeks to replicate the Index, before fees and expenses, by buying all or a substantial number of the securities in the Index, and may use derivatives and securities lending to manage risk, reduce costs and improve results.
