About XLES ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the S&P Select Sector Capped 20% Energy Index, less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index represents the energy sector of the S&P 500 Index. Its constituents are classified according to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) and maintain the same classification as the parent S&P 500. The Index follows a modified market-capitalisation-weighted methodology, with constituent weights based on float-adjusted market capitalisation and capped so that no constituent security represents more than 19% of the Index at each quarterly rebalancing. The Fund uses unfunded swaps to exchange the performance of a basket of stocks and equity-related securities for the performance of the Index.
