About XREP ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the S&P Select Sector Capped 20% Real Estate Index, less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index represents the real estate sector of the S&P 500, excluding mortgage REITs. Its constituents are classified according to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) and maintain the same classification as the parent S&P 500. The Index follows a modified market capitalisation weighting methodology based on float-adjusted market capitalisation, with each constituent capped at 19% of the Index at quarterly rebalancing. The Fund uses unfunded swaps to exchange the performance of a basket of securities for the performance of the Index.
