The investment objective of the Fund is to reflect the performance of the MSCI World Health Care Total Return Net Index, less fees and expenses. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of stocks issued by companies from various Developed Markets in the health care sector. The Fund will attempt to replicate the Index, before fees and expenses, by buying all or a substantial number of the securities in the Index. The Index is calculated on a total return net basis, meaning that dividends and distributions are reinvested after tax. The Index is reviewed and rebalanced at least quarterly.
