Guidance for Q3 2025 forecasts a year-over-year drop in comparable hotel RevPAR and a 60–90 basis-point reduction in comparable hotel EBITDA margins, citing wage growth and reduced business interruption proceeds as margin challenges.
Diluted earnings per share declined 5.9% year-over-year to $0.32 in Q2 2025, signaling pressure on EPS despite flat FFO, which could reduce investor returns.
