What the Analysts think about Kellanova
Analyst ratings (Buy, Hold, Sell) for Kellanova stock.
Bulls say / Bears say
Kellanova achieved a 3.2% increase in organic sales volumes for Q2 2025, despite a 2.9% decline in pricing, driven by strong growth in its Africa noodles business.
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission granted unconditional approval for Mars’ $36 billion acquisition of Kellanova, removing a significant regulatory barrier and improving the outlook for deal completion.
EU antitrust officials paused their investigation into the Mars-Kellanova transaction due to missing information, reflecting constructive regulatory dialogue and positive momentum for the deal.
Kellanova’s Q2 adjusted EPS came in at $0.93, falling short of the $0.99 consensus forecast, underlining margin pressure due to weaker demand.
Ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty and U.S. trade tariffs are driving budget-conscious consumers towards lower-cost private label products, dampening demand for branded snacks and breakfast foods.
The EU’s comprehensive antitrust review of Mars’ $36 billion acquisition could result in required divestitures or operational conditions, risking deal delays and a potential reduction in the value of the transaction.
