Analyst ratings (Buy, Hold, Sell) for LSB Industries stock.

Bulls say / Bears say

LSB posted a 6% rise in total sales volumes for Q2 2025, led by 10% growth in UAN and 9% growth in AN volumes. This highlights strong market demand and effective operational execution. (Investing.com)
In Q2 2025, LSB repurchased $32.4 million in principal of its 6.25% Senior Secured Notes, bringing total debt to $452.6 million. This reduces future interest expenses and increases financial flexibility. (NASDAQ)
The El Dorado Carbon Capture and Sequestration project is on schedule to launch in late 2026. The company has completed a stratigraphic well for EPA Class VI permitting, setting up for annual production of 305,000–380,000 metric tons of low-carbon ammonia. (NASDAQ)
LSB’s adjusted EBITDA for Q2 2025 fell 8.6% year over year to $38.3 million, while diluted EPS dropped sharply by 69% to $0.04. A 76% increase in natural gas costs outweighed the gains in sales volume and pricing. (Investing.com)
The company missed consensus estimates for Q2, reporting revenue of $151.3 million versus the expected $156.8 million and EPS of $0.04 versus $0.15. Shares fell 11.4% after the report as investors questioned profitability. (Investing.com)
Total cash and short-term investments declined to $124.9 million as of June 30, 2025, from $163.5 million on March 31, while operating cash flow dropped to $18 million from $41 million. This pressures liquidity ahead of major capital spending and CCS project outlays. (Investing.com)
