About BeOne Medicines AG
Formerly known as BeiGene and founded in 2010 in Beijing, BeOne is a commercial-stage biotech firm that produces oncology therapeutics. The company's main product is Brukinsa, which is a small-molecule drug that treats multiple forms of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and leukemia. The company conducts drug discovery, runs global clinical trials, and manufactures drugs independently. As of 2025, Brukinsa made up 74% of total revenue, while it has two other approved commercialized drugs in its portfolio, Beqalzi and Tevimbra. While Brukinsa has global leadership, the other two drugs generate revenue mostly from China. Based on Brukinsa, BeOne competes mainly with AbbVie and AstraZeneca. The company also has more than 50 drugs in clinical trials in its active pipeline, focused on other cancers.

Bulls say / Bears say
BRUKINSA still has strong commercial momentum: global sales rose 31% in the second quarter, and the company reported its highest sustained level of new patient starts since launch. Continued uptake across its approved uses could support further growth. (Morningstar, BeOne Medicines)
BeOne raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $6.6–$6.8 billion and its GAAP operating income outlook to $1.0–$1.1 billion after a strong first half. That points to sales growth translating into improving profitability. (Nasdaq)
TEVIMBRA offers a growing contribution beyond BRUKINSA: second-quarter global sales rose 18% to $229 million. The FDA’s approval of a first-line HER2-positive gastric cancer combination gives the drug a further route to expand in the US. (Morningstar, MarketChameleon)
The business remains heavily dependent on BRUKINSA, which generated about $1.2 billion of BeOne’s $1.7 billion in second-quarter product revenue. A competing acalabrutinib–venetoclax regimen is entering the market, and BeOne said it is too early to judge its effect. (Morningstar, Markets Daily)
The pipeline has meaningful development risk: BeOne discontinued four early-stage cancer programmes and stopped another cancer study, while also halting a Phase 2 arthritis trial. Such culls show that a broad research portfolio does not guarantee future products or sales. (Fierce Biotech)
