What the Analysts think about RadNet

Analyst projections of the future price of RadNet stock.
Bulls say / Bears say
Imaging demand is strong: second-quarter revenue rose 25%, while same-centre advanced-imaging volumes grew 9.6%. RadNet also raised its 2026 imaging revenue, adjusted EBITDA and free-cash-flow guidance. (RadNet)
Digital Health could become a second growth engine: annual recurring revenue nearly doubled to $105.5 million, with 63% generated by external customers. FDA clearance for its breast-ultrasound AI adds a new product opportunity. (RadNet)
The proposed ONRAD acquisition would extend RadNet into hospital-based radiology staffing, complementing its imaging centres and software. RadNet says ONRAD has grown revenue by 10%–20% annually and has adjusted EBITDA margins above 30%. (RadNet)
Profit growth is lagging sales: second-quarter net income attributable to common shareholders fell to $7.5 million from $14.5 million, while adjusted EPS declined to $0.29 from $0.34 despite 25% revenue growth. (RadNet)
Digital Health growth is not yet translating into stronger segment earnings: revenue rose 56.5%, but adjusted EBITDA fell 27.2% to $2.5 million. RadNet’s 2026 guidance also implies negative free cash flow after planned research and development spending. (RadNet)
ONRAD adds sizeable funding and integration risks: the deal calls for $350 million in cash and 5 million RadNet shares, with a further earnout of up to $210 million. It is not expected to close until 2027 and remains subject to regulatory review and other conditions. (RadNet)
