About Tivoli A/S
Tivoli A/S operates Tivoli Gardens, an amusement park and cultural venue in Copenhagen, Denmark. Established in 1843, it is among the world's oldest operating amusement parks. The park features over 30 rides, including the historic Rutschebanen wooden roller coaster from 1914, and hosts a variety of cultural events such as concerts, theater performances, and seasonal festivals. Additionally, Tivoli A/S manages the Nimb Hotel, a five-star boutique hotel with associated fitness, pool, and spa facilities, as well as multiple dining establishments under the Nimb brand. The company also leases space to various shops and restaurants within the park and operates the Pantomime Theatre, Tivoli Youth Guard, and Tivoli Ballet School. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Tivoli A/S is a public limited company with approximately 21,000 shareholders.
