What the Analysts think about WSFS
Analyst ratings (Buy, Hold, Sell) for WSFS stock.
Analyst projections of the future price of WSFS stock.
Bulls say / Bears say
Second-quarter core EPS rose 31% year on year, and WSFS raised its full-year return-on-assets outlook to at least 1.50%. That stronger performance gives the bank a higher earnings base for the rest of 2026. (WSFS Financial Corporation)
Deposits grew 11% year on year, with noninterest-bearing balances rising to 37% of the total. This lower-cost funding mix helped lift second-quarter net interest margin to 3.87%. (WSFS Financial Corporation)
Wealth and Trust fees increased 17% year on year, while fiduciary assets topped $100 billion. Continued growth in these fee businesses could make earnings less reliant on lending margins. (WSFS Financial Corporation)
Management said deposit competition has increased and may require higher rates to retain and attract clients. That could raise funding costs and make the bank’s margin outlook harder to deliver. (American Market News)
Problem assets were still $472.9 million at the end of June, despite falling year on year, and management described office property markets and prices as challenging. Further weakness in commercial property could therefore keep credit losses a risk. (WSFS Financial Corporation, Equibles)
Cash Connect fees fell year on year as interest-rate cuts and lower ATM volumes weighed on the business. That weakness could offset some of the growth in WSFS’s other fee businesses. (WSFS Financial Corporation)
