What the Analysts think about CleanSpark

Bulls say / Bears say
CleanSpark has signed a 20-year, 175-megawatt triple-net lease expected to generate about $6.6 billion of contracted revenue. A high-investment-grade tenant and the tenant’s responsibility for most site costs could make this a far steadier, higher-margin business than bitcoin mining. (CleanSpark, PR Newswire)
CleanSpark controls 1.8 gigawatts of contracted power and received conditional ERCOT classifications covering 585 megawatts of baseload and 300 megawatts of studied load. This gives the company scarce, grid-connected infrastructure that could be monetised beyond bitcoin mining. (Finviz, CleanSpark)
The August fleet produced 593 bitcoin at a 50 EH/s operational hashrate and peak efficiency of 16.07 joules per terahash. That scale and efficiency should give CleanSpark stronger leverage to a bitcoin price recovery than less efficient miners. (Finviz, Chain Grid News)
Third-quarter revenue fell 30.5% year on year to $138 million, while CleanSpark reported a $239.8 million net loss. The sharp swing shows how exposed current results remain to bitcoin prices and valuation movements. (CleanSpark, Last10K)
CleanSpark had about $1.8 billion of long-term debt at 30 June, while the Sandersville build still requires substantial project financing. Further borrowing or equity-linked funding could increase financial risk or dilute shareholders before the new revenue stream begins. (Last10K, CryptoSlate)
In August, CleanSpark sold 821 bitcoin but mined 593, reducing its holdings to 13,703; 3,951 coins were tied to derivatives or collateral. Selling more than production weakens the treasury buffer and leaves less bitcoin freely available to fund operations. (Finviz, Chain Grid News)
