Loar secured initial orders from its $750 million new business pipeline, providing visibility to roughly $200 million of revenue over the next five years, underscoring a strong backlog and conversion capability (Investing.com)
Despite a 39.4% jump in Q2 net sales, GAAP net income remained flat at $16.7 million and net income margin contracted to 9.8% from 13.6% a year earlier, pressured by higher interest and non-cash amortization of acquired intangibles (Investing.com)
The company’s full-year guidance assumes approximately $80 million in interest expense and $65 million in amortization, reflecting significant debt-related obligations and non-cash charges that could constrain free cash flow and earnings (Motley Fool)
Organic net sales grew only 12.3% year-over-year, indicating heavy reliance on acquisitions for the balance of growth and posing integration and execution risks if M&A activity slows (Motley Fool)
