The iShares MDAX UCITS ETF (DE) EUR (Acc) share class (the Share Class) is a share class of the iShares MDAX UCITS ETF (DE) (the Fund), a passively managed exchange traded fund, ETF) that reflects the performance of the MDAX (performance index) as precisely as possible. In this regard, the Fund attempts to replicate the reference index (Index). The index measures the performance of 50 medium-sized German companies from all sectors as well as foreign companies that are primarily active in Germany.
