The Fund employs a passive management, or indexing, investment approach designed to track the performance of the FTSE North America All Cap Choice Index. The Index is a market-capitalisation-weighted index composed of large-, mid- and small-cap stocks of companies located in the United States and Canada. It is constructed from the FTSE North America All Cap Index after screening for environmental, social and governance criteria, including the United Nations Global Compact Principles. The methodology excludes stocks of companies involved in certain activities, such as controversial weapons, tobacco, non-renewable energy, gambling and fossil fuel extraction, as well as companies associated with certain controversial conduct. The Fund seeks to invest in all, or substantially all, of the stocks that make up the Index, although it may use a sampling process where full replication is not practicable. Income from the ETF Shares is reinvested and reflected in the share price.
