The investment objective of the Fund is to reflect the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI World Utilities Total Return Net Index. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of the listed shares of companies from various Developed Countries that operate in the utilities sector, including power, water and gas services. A company’s weighting in the Index depends on its relative size based on the combined value of its readily available shares compared with other companies. The Index is calculated on a total return net basis, meaning that dividends and distributions are reinvested after tax. It is reviewed and rebalanced at least quarterly. The Fund is passively managed and seeks to replicate the Index by purchasing all or a substantial number of the securities in the Index. The Fund may also use derivatives and securities lending to manage risk, reduce costs and generate additional income.
