The Fund employs a passive management approach and seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Developed Europe All Cap Choice Index, the Fund’s benchmark index. The Index is a market-capitalisation-weighted index composed of large-, mid- and small-cap stocks of companies located in Developed Markets in Europe. It is constructed from the FTSE Developed Europe All Cap Index and screened for environmental, social and governance criteria. The screening excludes stocks of companies involved in certain activities, including controversial weapons, nuclear weapons, civilian firearms, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, non-renewable energy and fossil fuels, as well as companies that do not meet specified United Nations Global Compact principles and other controversy-related standards. The Fund seeks to invest in all, or substantially all, of the stocks that make up the Index, using full replication where practicable and an index-sampling process where it is not. The Fund may use derivatives to reduce risk or costs and/or generate additional income or growth. The Fund’s base currency is EUR and income from the distributing shares is paid out.
