£XNAQ

The investment objective of the Fund is to reflect the performance, before fees and expenses, of the NASDAQ-100 Index (the 'Index') which is designed to reflect the performance of shares from 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market, based on market capitalisation, that comply with certain eligibility and liquidity criteria. The Index includes companies across major industry groups including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, retail/wholesale trade and biotechnology. The Index is administered by Nasdaq, Inc. The Index is calculated on a total return net basis which means that all dividends and distributions by the companies are reinvested in the shares after tax. The index is reviewed on at least an annual basis and rebalanced on at least a quarterly basis. To achieve the aim, the fund will attempt to replicate, index by index, the return of the Index. The fund may also engage in secured lending of its investments to generate eligible third parties to generate additional income to offset the costs of the fund.
