The investment objective of the Fund is to reflect the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI World Energy Total Return Net Index. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of listed stocks from companies in the energy sector across various Developed Markets. A stock's weighting in the Index depends on its relative size, based on the combined value of its readily available stocks compared with other stocks. The Index is calculated on a total return net basis, meaning that dividends and distributions are reinvested after tax, and is reviewed and rebalanced at least quarterly. The Fund is passively managed and seeks to replicate the Index by investing in all or a substantial number of its constituent securities. The Fund may use derivatives and securities lending techniques to manage risk, reduce costs and improve results. Returns are reinvested in the Fund, and the Fund is denominated in USD.
