The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MVIS Global Hydrogen Economy ESG Index. The Index comprises stocks, American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs) issued by companies that generate at least 50% of their revenues from the global hydrogen segment, fuel cell technologies or industrial gases, and are listed or traded on eligible markets. To avoid doubt, the Index may remove a security when the percentage of revenue generated from these activities falls below 25% of the relevant issuer’s revenues. The Fund normally uses a replication strategy, investing directly in the underlying securities, although it may use optimised sampling where full replication is not practical or cost efficient. The Index considers environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors and is used as a reference benchmark under Article 9(1) of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
