The Fund employs a passive management investment approach and seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Emerging All Cap Choice Index (the “Index”). The Fund attempts to track the Index by investing in all the constituent stocks of the Index, making the weight of such investments approximate the Index. The Index is a market-capitalisation-weighted index composed of large-, mid- and small-cap stocks of companies located in Emerging Markets around the world. The Index is constructed from the FTSE Emerging All Cap Index, which is screened for environmental, social and governance criteria, including controversial conduct and involvement in certain activities such as tobacco, non-renewable energy, weapons, gambling and fossil fuels. The Fund seeks to remain fully invested and may use derivatives to reduce risk or costs and/or generate income or growth.

The Index is a market-capitalisation-weighted index composed of large-, mid- and small-cap stocks of companies located in Emerging Markets around the world. It is constructed from the FTSE Emerging All Cap Index, which is screened according to environmental, social and governance criteria, including controversial conduct and involvement in certain activities such as tobacco, alcohol, gambling, weapons, fossil fuels and non-renewable energy. The methodology also excludes stocks that do not meet certain United Nations Global Compact Principles and promotes companies with positive social and environmental characteristics.
