Texas Roadhouse is the largest casual dining brand in the US, with its namesake banner known for hand-cut steaks and rolls, generating $5.8 billion in system sales, largely from 648 company-owned units (94% of segment revenue), at the end of fiscal 2025. The firm also generated $335 million from Bubba's 33, a casual dining concept (5.5%), while its other segment (0.5%) consists of the Jaggers fast-casual banner and retail sales. The firm also collects royalties from 102 franchised stores, including 61 Texas Roadhouse units in international markets.

The 2024 tie-up with SRS will help grow professional demand in roofing, pool, and landscaping projects, while the 2025 purchase of GMS will lift building product sales through 1,340 distribution locations.
