The aim is for your investment to reflect the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Total Return Net Emerging Markets index (index) which is designed to reflect the performance of the shares of certain companies in global emerging market countries as determined by MSCI.
View fundThe investment objective of the Fund is to reflect the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Total Return Net Emerging Markets Index. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of stocks from global emerging market countries as determined by MSCI. The constituents are large- and mid-sized companies selected based on the combined value of a company’s readily available shares compared with other companies. A company’s weighting in the Index depends on its relative size. The Index aims to represent 85% of the readily available shares in each industry sector across the global emerging markets. It is calculated on a total return net basis, meaning that dividends and distributions are reinvested after withholding tax. The Index is reviewed and rebalanced quarterly. The Fund is passively managed and seeks to replicate the Index by investing in securities that may comprise the Index or other unrelated investments, and may use derivatives to manage risk, reduce costs and improve returns.
