The Fund employs a passive management, or indexing, investment approach through physical acquisition of securities and seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Emerging All Cap Choice Index (the “Index”). The Fund attempts to track the Index by investing in all, or a representative sample, of the constituent stocks, with the weight of its investments designed to approximate the Index. The Index is a market-capitalisation-weighted index composed of large-, mid- and small-cap stocks of companies located in Emerging Markets around the world. It is constructed from the FTSE Emerging All Cap Index and screened according to environmental, social and governance criteria that are independent of the Fund. The screening excludes stocks of companies involved in activities including controversial weapons, civilian firearms, nuclear weapons, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, adult entertainment, non-renewable energy, fossil fuels and certain activities relating to coal, oil and gas, as well as companies that do not comply with specified United Nations Global Compact Principles. The Fund may use derivatives to reduce risk or costs and/or generate income or growth, and may use index sampling where practical. The Fund’s base currency is USD, and income from the distributing ETF Shares will be paid out.
