The investment objective of the Fund is to generate income and capital growth with lower volatility than Developed Market stocks. The Fund is actively managed and, in normal market conditions, invests at least 80% of its total assets in stocks and stock-related instruments, including call options, futures and swaps, of large- and mid-capitalisation stocks in Developed Markets. The Fund uses quantitative models to select stocks systematically and may sell call options and buy futures on Developed Market large- and mid-capitalisation indices to generate income. The Fund follows the Fund’s ESG Policy and may use financial derivative instruments to achieve its investment objective, reduce risk, reduce investment costs and generate additional income. The investment manager may consider the MSCI World Index when constructing the portfolio and for risk management purposes, but is not bound by the components or weightings of the Index. The Fund may invest in securities outside the Index and its holdings are expected to deviate materially from the Index. Distributions are paid monthly.

VS
The Fund employs a passive management approach, through physical acquisition of securities, and seeks to track the performance of the FTSE 100 Index. The Index is comprised of large-sized company stocks in the UK. The Fund attempts to track the performance of the Index by investing in all constituent securities of the Index in the same proportion as the Index. Where not practicable to fully replicate the process, the Fund will use a sampling process. The Fund may use derivatives to reduce risk and/or generate extra income, and may engage in short-term secured lending of its investments. The Fund's base currency is GBP, and income from the ETF Shares is reinvested and reflected in the share price.
